Returns
Sorry you didn't love your purchase.
If you need to return an item our returns policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for items returned after 30 days of the order date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please email us at hello@leavestationerystore.co.uk if there has been a problem with your order.
The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed we have received your return.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Unless the item is damaged or there has been a mistake. Please email us if you believe this to be the case.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Please note that it can take some time for the refund to show on your bank statement.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We cannot offer exchanges at this time. If you need to return an item please return it to us following the guidelines above.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, You will receive a gift credit for the value of the product. We can only issue a refund to the original card used for the purchase.

We cannot be held responsible if your return is damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
